Heavy rain overnight prompted the Environment Agency to place Flood Watches on five rivers across Oxfordshire.
<<p>> There is a risk of flooding on low-lying land and roads next to the River Cherwell catchment, the River Ray, the River Thame and Chalgrove Brook, the River Evenlode from Moreton-in-Marsh to Cassington, and the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock.
