Police have made an arrest after a man was stabbed in Cowley Road.
There are six police cars and about 15 officers still on the scene, near Manzil Way.
The severity of the man's injuries is not yet known, but he is understood to have been stabbed in the stomach. He has been taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital by ambulance.
Police spokesman Chris Kearney said: "We have arrested a man in his 30s following an altercation in Cowley Road."
