THE chairman of the South Central Ambulance Service, which covers Oxfordshire, has announced he will be stepping down at the end of June.
Neil Goulden was appointed on a four-year contract in July 2006, but will not be seeking reappointment when his term of office expires, because of business commitments outside the trust.
Mr Goulden has agreed to stay on the board until a successor is appointed. The replacement process is already under way.
