ASTON Rowant 2nd proved too strong for Stanton St John Willows as they eased home by 140 runs.

Andrew Levick hit 76, Leigh Lewis 41 and Dave Brooks 47 in Rowant's 219-8, Hussain Abidi taking 5-100. Willows then subsided to 79 all out against Harry Shepherd (4-22).

In-form Phil Densham hit 53 of Banbury Twenty 2nd's 163 all out at home to Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts 2nd, who had 52 overs to chase the target, but settled for a draw at 123-7.

Hasnain Raza produced another top-class all-round performance for Stokenchurch, who overcame Shipton-under-Wychwood 2nd by seven wickets.

Raza took 5-90 in Shipton's 44-over total of 175-7, Paul Jennings making 50 not out, and the Stokenchurch all-rounder then hit 64 to see his side home with 6.5 overs to spare.

Milton Keynes Park 2nd never recovered from 23-5 at Bledlow Village, before scrambling their way to 115 all out. Adam Mould took 6-19 and then watched James Bacon (56no) take Bledlow to a nine-wicket win.
