Women rolled up their sleeves on Sunday and took on some of the big boys of the transport world at the Dalton Barracks airfield, near Abingdon.
The ladies got behind the wheels of a host of vehicles, including buses, army vehicles, police cars, mechanical diggers, stretched limousines, 4x4's, off-road vehicles and quad bikes.
The "dream drives", accompanied by experienced drivers, attracted 177 women to help raise money for the Oxford-based charity the Anthony Nolan Trust, which runs the world's largest independent register of potential bone marrow donors.
Corporals Tony Jones and Dave Greig, from Dalton Barracks, are pictured helping Elaine Humphries and Megan Tredwell, from Eynsham, into the cab of an Army vehicle.
Event organiser Anna Spencer said: "It's the first time we have organised such an unusual event. I was surprised at the amount of interest."
