A 49-year-old man will appear before Didcot magistrates on June 15 following the death of a farm worker in an underground slurry pit last year.
Geoffrey Allen, of Lower Hill Farm, Aston Tirrold, is accused of failing to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of employees including Matthew Shuttleworth, who died at Carrimers Farm, Aston Tirrold, on June 14 last year.
