Another building at the Manor Park development, near Banbury, has been let. The British Valve and Actuator Association has relocated from Birmingham and will occupy unit nine of the development, comprising 1,369 sq ft of high specification office accommodation on a 10-year lease at £14,500 a year The BVAA was formed in 1939 and is the trade body for manufacturers, suppliers and repairers of flow control equipment, including valves, actuators and related products.
Director Rob Bartlett said: "Our headquarters has been sited at various sites around the UK, but Banbury offers a truly central location, with excellent rail, road and motorway connections, which is vital to a national body such as ours."
