Following the hand-over of the first of six new offices at Windrush Park, Witney, building contractors, EG Carter & Co, are moving ahead quickly with the remaining development.
The second office, totalling 7,800 sq ft is on target for completion at the end of June, closely followed by a block of four smaller units of 2,700 sq ft each, ready for the beginning of August.
Developers, Network Estates awarded the contract to EG Carter in June 2005 and work started on site in July. The first office has been occupied by top healthcare communications company, Watermeadow Medical.
Since setting up a Witney site four years ago, EG Carter has been going from strength to strength.
It was listed at 18th place in the Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to Work For award.
