CUMNOR 2nd and Sandford St Martin's game ended in a tense draw with both sides left rueing a heavy shower.

Julian Easterbrook (5-93) bowled throughout for Cumnor, who reined in the Sandford batsmen once Chas Taylor (53) had gone.

Chasing 225-7, Will Tuffley (58), Pete Burt (46) and Martin Hunter (41) gave the hosts a chance, but James Risbridger's 6-72 and a rain break of five overs saw them close on 221-9.
