AN ABINGDON clergyman charged with child pornography offences will stand trial next month at Oxford Crown Court.
Rev Richard Thomas, 55, of Eason Drive, is charged with creating indecent pseudo photographs of children and possessing pseudo-images.
He appeared at Didcot Magistrates' Court yesterday where a trial date, at Oxford Crown Court, was set for Friday, May 5.
Thomas, director of communications for the Diocese of Oxford, has been suspended by the Church of England.
