Oxfordshire's Development XI reclaimed the Tom Orford Trophy by making it four wins out of four.
They lived up to their reputation as a side that never knows when they are beaten, helping themselves to an ultimately comfortable 61-run victory over Bucks.
When Bucks were 90-1, chasing a modest 238 to win, it was looking ominous but Phillip Evans had Andy Hales caught behind by Danny Harding and Oxon were rejuvenated.
Shortly after, Will Dobson got his second and immediately after lunch Luke Ryan got in on the act as Chris Sandbach took his third catch.
Bucks then started a comeback but at 156-4 the wheels fell off their innings.
Enter Jack Brooks. In a 17-ball purple patch he took three wickets for four runs.
Spinner Richard West then cleaned up the tail with three wickets in ten balls, and Bucks had collapsed, losing their last six wickets for 20 runs.
Oxon went for an extra batting bonus point in their superfluous second innings.
