SOCCER star Garry Parker was today banned from driving for 15 months after police caught him drink-driving.
Parker, 32, of Foxdown Close, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving with excess alcohol at Bicester Magistrates Court.
The midfielder for Leicester City Football Club was breathalysed and found to have 62 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Parker, who was also fined £1,000 and ordered to pay £45 costs, had been stopped by police between Cutteslowe and Kidlington for driving with no lights.
