LETTERS have continued to pour in from Middlesbrough fans praising Oxford United supporters for their marvellous behaviour and the way they joined in the party atmosphere at the final match of the season.

One Boro supporter said Oxford's fans were the best away followers to have visited the Riverside Stadium all season.

Hilary Bateman-Rodgers says United "should be very proud of their supporters. They helped make a very special day perfect."

Mavis, James & Jonathan Sinclair from North Ormesby said: "The genuine warmth of the United fans was much appreciated by us all during Boro's lap of honour. I hope they enjoyed the celebrations as much as we did."

And Gavin & Frances from Lonsborough stated they they, along with many other Boro supporters, were impressed by United's followers, describing them as "a credit to football."
