Oriel College student Josh Bell has been elected new president of Oxford University Students Union.
His selection follows the expulsion of Katherine Rainwood, 22, who stepped down two days after taking up the post after she was found to have cheated in final exams. Mr Bell defeated rival Will Garrood, of Christ Church, by 547 votes to 118.
