MG Cars has announced a celebration limited edition of the UK's best-selling sports car, the MGF.
Restricted to a production run of 2,000, the MGF 75th anniversary LE will be built in both 1.8i and more powerful 1.8i VVC versions.
Five hundred will be available in the UK with the first going on sale next month.
Prices for the MGF 75 LE are still to be confirmed, but are expected to be in the region of £20,000 for the 1.8i to £22,000 for the VVC version.
The car made its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show. Available in two colours, mulberry red and black, the MGF 75 LE comes with a contrasting hood colour; black with the red car and Grenadine Red with the black.
The car is fitted with 16in eight spoke 'minilite' wheels and Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres.
The interior is trimmed in red leather and a black leather handbrake grip is styled to match the wood/alloy gear knob.
