Brides and bridegrooms browsed stalls at the Oxford Mail Wedding Fayre for ideas to make their big day perfect.
Everything from cakes, dresses, flowers, and portraits was on show at the Four Pillars Hotel in Sandford-on-Thames yesterday in a one-stop wedding shop.
National sales and exhibitions manager for the Oxford Mail Sally Everton said: "You could organise your whole wedding at the fayre.
It has been a great success and the venue is perfect. It was the platform for everything from flowers to cards, wedding lists just everything you could need for the perfect day.
"The bridal fashion shows went down really well and the money raised goes to Helen House Hospice."
Bride-to-be Tracey Charles, 39, of Nettlebed Mead, Oxford, was looking for last minute trinkets for her wedding to Terry McLean, 37, in three weeks at a wildlife park in Kent.
She said: "We are looking for things to brighten up the tables. I think things like this are a really good idea we have seen a lot of things we would like to adapt at our wedding.
"We are getting married in a wildlife park because we have a real love for animals.
The wildlife park is great as it has a big mansion house with pictures of animals on the walls and all the money raised from weddings goes to help put animals back into the wild so that is really good." The Oxford Jazz Agency played music all day and two fashion shows raised money for terminally ill children at Helen House Hospice, in Leopold Street, Oxford, by charging 1 for entry.
Admission to the fayre was free.
More than 600 people attended including 150 brides.
