DEREK Mansell, of Highfield Old Boys, has been suspended indefinitely by the Oxfordshire Football Association after failing to attend a disciplinary hearing.
He was summoned to attend to answer a charge of allegedly playing for a Sunday League side while under suspension.
The OFA would not reveal the name of the club, but they have slapped a "suspended sine die" notice on him until he appears before them.
Another serious case the OFA have dealt with is that of Matthew White, of Old Headington, who has been fined 60 and suspended for 70 days for continued misconduct against a referee.
