NATIVE Charm, the star of Charlie Morlock's Kingston Lisle stables near Wantage, can record her fourth success of the season in the Faucets For Mira Rada Showers Silver Trophy Chase (2.55) at Cheltenham tomorrow (Wednesday).
A winner at Prestbury Park, Newbury and Ascot this term, the eight-year-old mare has performed with credit on her two most recent outings.
She was second to Rockforce at Sandown and then filled the same slot behind Dark Stranger in the Mildmay Of Flete at last month's Cheltenham Festival.
At Newmarket, Shiva can prove too good for her rivals in the Weatherbys Earl Of Sefton Stakes (2.35). The winner of this race last year, the Henry Cecil-trained five-year-old mare finished the season with an excellent second to Alborada in the Dubai Champion Stakes.
But the best value bet of the day looks to be Marsad in the Charles Heidsieck Champagne Rated Stakes (2.05).
Jon Akehurst's six-year-old will strip fitter for his seasonal debut when finishing fifth at Kempton Park last month, beaten under three lengths behind stable-companion Passion For Life.
