Soldiers from the King's Lifeguard Regiment of Foote will throw open their camp at Pinnnocks Farm in Northmoor, near Standlake, over the Easter weekend.
The unit is part of the Sealed Knot Civil War re-enactment society and its open days will be on Easter Sunday and the Bank Holiday Monday on April 23 and 24 from 11am to 4pm.
Visitors will be able to view a typical soldiers' camp and to talk to the troops, their women and children. Youngsters will be able to try on uniforms, armour and weapons.
There will be a drill display and skirmishes, with plenty of action and noise.
Spokesman David Kyffin said: "Last year we were overwhelmed by the response on Easter Monday, so this year we shall open for two days.
"Admission is free, but visitors will be asked to donate to the Meningitis Trust."
