Totalisator figures have gone through the roof since the new restaurant opened at Oxford Stadium.
General manager Mick Hardy said: "We are up 40 per cent since we opened the doors of the new restaurant and I would expect the attendance figures to be the same."
The new arrangements for the popular Six Pack offer are also believed to be helping the cause with the old restaurant area giving much more room and comfort for patrons. There is even reserved seating now at a 2.50 surcharge.
Although the new executive boxes are not now expected to be completed until early next year, a busy year is forecast for the restaurant where June will see food theme nights with Italian, Irish, American and Mexican food and wine on the menus. There will be a new summer menu announced shortly which will change every three months.
