Denis Smith has announced that Neil Reynolds will be Oxford United's new physio follaowing John Clinkard's switch to Wimbledon.
Reynolds is currently employed as West Brom's youth team physio but is expected to join up with Oxford in a fortnight when his notice runs out at The Hawthorns.
Smith knows him from when he was West Brom boss and said: "He's highly qualified and he's got plenty of bubble and bounce."
