United boss Denis Smith is, on the whole, pleased with how United's pre-season campaign is going.
"The first three matches went well and, as everybody knows, I wasn't particularly happy with the first half at Chelsea. But we had a good second half and Saturday was fine too. So pre-season so far has gone well except for one 45 minutes, which isn't bad."
Smith has injury doubts over several players ahead of tomorrow's game at Hereford, but is hoping that Joey Beauchamp will be fit to make his first start of the season.
