A heavy downpour denied Oxford the chance of victory over bottom-of-the-table Amersham in the Western Feeder league clash at Jesus College on Saturday.
The visitors had made 151-9 from 48 overs but Oxford never got the chance to chase the target as the rain washed out further play.
Amersham struggled to get to grips with the Oxford attack from the start.
Left-arm spinner Ian Curtis wheeled away for 4-52 off 20 accurate overs, and Mark Murfett chipped in with 3-22.
Skipper Rupert Evans was also as economical as ever, with 1-34 from 17 overs.
But it all proved to no avail.
