Plans for a new GP surgery and housing on the former Watlington Hospital site have been withdrawn hours before they were due to be discussed by councillors.
Oxfordshire Community Health NHS Trust is to re-design the scheme after a South Oxfordshire District Council planning officer said it was unlikely to be approved because of design and policy issues.
