Banbury United came within six minutes of securing a shock victory over Kidderminster Harriers, before the Nationwide League newcomers snatched a 1-1 draw.
Jody McKay put Banbury ahead after four minutes, running on to Ashley McKinness's lifted through ball.
Harriers eventually equalised through Martin Inglis in the 84th minute.
