Villagers are set for a right Royal knees-up to celebrate the Queen Mother's 100th birthday.
Sandra Brown, joint licensee of The Plough Inn, Long Wittenham, said she and her husband Melvyn are preparing to roll out the barrel in style to mark the Royal milestone.
She said: "We've had so much about the Millennium this year that I thought people would like a change - and celebrate the birthday of the country's most famous granny."
On Saturday, the garden of the Thames-side pub will be full of stalls, side-shows and displays for groups including the RSPCA, Guide Dogs for the Blind, the Cat Protection League, West Oxford Animal Sanctuary, Wallingford Sinodun Centre for mentally handicapped, Wallingford Lions and village groups.
Mr and Mrs Brown's daughter Jennifer, 11, will be raising money for the NSPCC. She was among members of Long Wittenham Girls' Friendly Society who were invited to take part in the pageant to mark the Queen Mother's birthday at Horse Guard's Parade, London.
Four of the oldest residents will be guests of honour at the party, which starts at 3pm. They are Percy Smith, 83, and his wife Marj, 80, of High Street - who celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary last December - and Reg Lester, 81, and his wife, Kate, 77, who celebrate their diamond wedding on the eve of the royal birthday.
