THAME United have signed Woking centre back Rob Smith and he's set to make his debut against Bognor Regis Town in Ryman League Division 1 today.
Thame have snapped up Smith, who played 30 games for Woking in the Conference last season, with Dave Tregurtha (knee) and Mark Avery (ankle) ruled out through injury.
Joint manager Andy Sinnott said: "He has been training with Wycombe Wanderers, but they have not offered him a contract and he is joining us, possibly on a short term contract.
"He will be a real asset for us over the weekend."
