Oxford Brookes University today launched a range of Web-based courses for small and medium scale non-food retailers, writes David Duffy.
The courses, run with the support of partners from Oxfordshire's public and private sectors, are being offered free of charge as part of a pilot project through ParREx, the Partnership for Retailing Excellence.
