Young drivers are lining up to take part in a contest launched in memory of a car crash victim.
The ninth annual young driver of the year competition, which takes the form of a quiz, will be held at Silverstone on April 9. It was launched by Thames Valley Police and the family of teenage Catherine Kenyon, who died in a crash in Haddenham, near Thame, in 1990.
Pc Gary Baldwin, of Bicester traffic police, said: "The aim is to raise awareness of road safety among those in the most vulnerable age group."
The competition is open to licensed drivers between 17 and 24, with prizes including tickets for the British Grand Prix and 500 worth of insurance.
