Carterton Town have a new signing in goal as they bid for a place in the third round of the Cherry Red Records Hellenic League Complete Music Cup when they travel to Division 1 West outfit Cirencester United.

Regular first-choice Nick Heritage is serving a one-match ban, so new boy Simon Mason comes in between the sticks.

Town welcome back Scott Taylor, who missed their midweek defeat against Tuffley because he was representing the RAF.

Craig Dore and Gary Brown also return from injuries.

North Leigh are on a roll after successive wins over leaders Swindon Supermarine last Saturday and Highworth in midweek.

They take on another in-form side tomorrow - bottom-of-the-table Milton United, who have won their last two games after failing to register a victory in the previous 23!

Tony Grant is unavailable for North, but Stuart Huxley returns after missing Wednesday night's win.

Abingdon United report a clean bill of health for their match at home to Highworth and are at full strength.

Just days after making his comeback after six months out, Ardley United assistant manager Steve Hale has been rocked by the news he faces a second operation.

A goalkeeping crisis forced Hale, out for six months with a broken arm, back into action last week and he was hoping to continue his spell between the sticks in tomorrow's Division 1 West game at Easington.

But after seeing the X-ray on his broken arm, the surgeon told Hale that his arm had not healed as it should.

"The surgeon thinks that the metal plate that was inserted had come away from the bone slightly, which meant that the bone wasn't re-aligned properly," Hale said.

"He has left it up to me whether I leave it as it is or they put me through the same operation again of a new plate and a further bone graft.

"Now I face a further six months out of the game, which would put me out for the start of next season."

Hale will not risk his injury tomorrow, which means that Paul Tassell, signed from Oxford City earlier this week, is in line to make his debut.

Clanfield entertain Ross Town and will be looking to improve their recent home form.

Kidlington travel to Purton looking to get back to winning ways after two consecutive defeats.

Andy Turnbull retains his place and Danny Mason and Kevin Watson are added to the squad.
