Proposals to turn the former Oxford Prison into "the most unusual hotel in Britain" will be on public display tomorrow, and Sunday, March 25, from 10am to 2pm.
The public are invited to view the plans at the prison and talk to a representative of the Osborne Group, which has submitted the outline planning application. Plans include a 74-bedroom hotel, a museum, restaurants, shops and a leisure centre.
