Television celebrity Anne Diamond will carry out the official ribbon-cutting ceremony at specialist children's and schoolwear outfitters, Shepherd and Woodward's newly refurbished store in Banbury Road, Summertown, on Saturday, May 12.
She will also present the lucky young winners of the company's children's art competition with prizes for their artistic creations, marking the start of the Summertown Arts Festival.
