Rover Cowley 2nd's opener Andy Bowen was left stranded on 99 not out as his side held leaders Bletchingdon to a draw.
Bowen fell just short of a ton as Rover closed on 170-6 in reply to Bletch's 211-7 which featured good knocks from Benson (56) and Dalton (55) as Robert Chamberlain took 5-80 from a marathon 23 overs.
