Water engineering company HR Wallingford hosted a visit from the president of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Joe Dwyer.
He attended a conference to learn about the combined expertise in flood risk management of the firm and the Environment Agency and Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, which are all based in Wallingford.
