One person died and three people were taken to hospital following a crash on the border of west Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire.
The crash, which involved two vehicles, took place near Little Barrington, Gloucestershire, on the A40, close to Burford, west Oxfordshire, at 8.33am on Sunday (June 17).
One casualty was taken to the Cheltenham General Hospital by Gloucestershire Ambulance Service.
A 43-year-old man and a 22-year-old man were taken by paramedics to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford with serious injuries.
