Two men have been cleared of a charge of causing actual bodily harm.
At Oxford Crown Court on Friday, John Keenhan, 32, and Paul Dovey, 29, both of Colwell Drive, Berinsfield, denied causing actual bodily harm to Andrew Ford, between November 30 and December 3.
The prosecution chose to offer no evidence and Judge Anthony King returned not guilty verdicts in relation to both men.
