The Abbey Chamber Recital Series continues on Sunday, July 1 at 3pm with a recital at St Nicolas' Church, Abingdon, by Latvian violinist Anet Graudina and the London guitarist Simon Davies.
They will be performing sonatas by Vivaldi and Paganini and an exiting new piece originally for flute and guitar by the famous Argentinian tango composer Astor Piazzolla. As has become the custom, the recital will be followed with tea or coffee at the nearby Upper Reaches Hotel where members of the audience will have a chance to talk to the musicians.
