Jane Craig, a partner at law firm Manches, has been elected chairman of the Solicitors Family Law Association (SFLA).
She has been vice-chairman of the association for two years and takes over from Rosemary Carter.
Manches' family law team, which is based in London and Oxford, enjoys a national reputation and is committed to a conciliatory, constructive and cost-effective approach to resolving family disputes.
The Oxford office team is headed by Jane Mitchell who is also a member of the Law Society's family law panel.
