Tenants at the Thames Business Advice Centre's (TBAC) workspaces for start-up businesses at Grove need no longer wait for couriers to arrive with vital packages.
A scheme just installed enables couriers to leave packages in lockers and automatically inform addressees by e-mail that they have done so. The boxes are opened using the delivery code and a PIN.
Abingdon firm ByBox is the first in UK to pioneer the idea. Chief executive Dan Turner said: "Time is critical to business today. With ByBox, waiting for an important delivery is a thing of the past."
