The shortage of good-quality medium-size industrial business space in Cowley, on the outskirts of Oxford, is likely to ease by the autumn, says commercial property agency FPDSavills. Spokesman Tom Barton said: "Because of its proximity to the Oxford ring road, Cowley has become the principle location for many firms, including trade counter operators such as Plumb Center and GFE Electrical."
From September, a total of 24,500 sq ft of industrial space will be available in Ashville Way, off Watlington Road.
The development has four linked units, plus a two-storey office with parking.
