Thirteen people were arrested and charged by Thames Valley Police as a result of calls to the Crimestoppers anonymous hotline in May.
The Kidlington-based hotline took 138 calls from members of the public last month.
It brings the total for 2001 to 64 people arrested and charged in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire as a result of 520 telephone calls to the charity.
The May calls resulted in four people being arrested for driving while disqualified or under the influence of drink or drugs - with 35 people ringing in with information - and four being arrested for drugs offences, a category which attracted 40 calls.
Two people were also charged with burglary, one with theft and two for traffic offences.
