Engineer Tony Price will have plenty to keep his hands occupied upon retiring after 50 years of working for the same company.
His colleagues at F J Payne Limited in Eynsham included a model steam engine kit among his retirement gifts.
Mr Price, who lives in the village, started work with the engineering company, which employs 23 people, when he was 15. The company was set up by Francis Payne in 1914.
His son, John Payne, ran it until he retired and his son, Tim Payne, works for it.
John Payne returned to the factory to make the presentation to Mr Price, which also included a gold watch.
Manager Graham Williams said: "Fifty years working for the same company is a remarkable achievement."
Mr Price intends to continue working for the company part-time.
