Honda has teamed up with celebrity photographer David Bailey to launch a new marketing campaign promoting the value of Honda used cars

Costing almost £1m, this will be the biggets used-car advertising campaign Honda has launched and will make it among the highest spenders in the industry.

The campaign began in late May and runs until the end of July.

Advertising manager Chris Brown said: "We care so much about our used cars, we wanted the best photographer for the job. The advertising will feature well-known personalities promoting Honda Approved Used Cars. This will not only create interest and awareness but also underline the strength of our used cars in the marketplace.

"There will be a series of treatments - the first featuring Civic and Accord - that continue this theme and by the end of the campaign literally millions of potential customers will have seen our used cars presented in an innovative manner."
