KIMBLE have been boosted by the return of Glyn Lumb ahead of tomorrow's match against current Division 1 leaders Oxford Downs in The Oxford Times Cherwell League.

Lumb will take his place in the top order, but Kimble will be forced to wait on Steve Cocking, who will have to pass a late fitness test before playing.

Will Maughan misses the match for the table-toppers, so Rufus Thurston is recalled.

Batsman Tim Pearce comes into the Banbury Twenty side for his first game of the season against Cumnor.

Mike Wedderburn should be back in the Banbury line-up following his recent hamstring problem.

The visitors include Aussie all-rounder Andy Bond who is also making his debut.

Skipper Richard Carr and Richard Gregory are both unavailable for Thame's home match against Shipton-under-Wychwood, so Adrian Burkhill and James Cook deputise.

Phil Garner is missing for Shipton, so Chris Panter takes his place.

*The results of two matches in Tuesday's Oxford Mail were listed as abandoned games, but were actually draws.

Cumnor 2nd (16pts) against Bletchingdon 2nd (15) in Division 5 and Sandford 2nd (11) against Oxford & Horspath 2nd (12) in Division 6 completed the necessary 30 overs.
