Police are appealing for witnesses following a distraction burglary in Amory Close, Oxford.
A man claiming to be a policeman got into an elderly man's flat at lunchtime on Sunday and stole cash.
The offender is described as white, in his late 30s, about 6ft tall, wearing a brown jacket and gray or green trousers with an Irish accent. Call police on 01865 266 333 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111
