A cross-country rider is doing a marathon horse ride to support farmers who were affected by the foot and mouth crisis.
Diane Barlow, a member of the Stadhampton Young Farmers' Club, will visit nine young farmers' clubs (YFC) across Oxfordshire when she sets out on her weekend ride on Friday, September 28, finishing at Henley YFC's's horseshow on Sunday, September 30.
Money raised from the marathon ride will go to the Oxfordshire Federation of YFC's and RABI - a charity set up to support the farming community.
