Oxford Law firm, Darbys Mallam Lewis, has streamlined its name to Darbys.
The firm's comprehensive range of services is defined in three areas: private clients; business services; and crime and immigration.
Darbys' senior partner, Sturge Taylor, said: "In refocussing our business around clients' needs we felt that it was important to demonstrate this to clients and staff. Under the nnew name we are well placed to help our clients succeed."
