Wantage estate agents Hampton's International presented a cheque for more than £6,134 to Helen Phillips of ChildLine Midlands at a reception at Ardington House.
The money was raised from a sponsored walk, run, bike and horse ride from Sunningdale to Bristol. Ms Phillips said: "The money raised from this initiative will recruit and train three further counsellors who will work one shift a week and hugely increase the amount of calls we can take."
