Jill Kite, of Church View, Banbury, has been recognised for her outstanding service to direct sales company Betterware, after working for the firm for just eight months.
Mrs Kite, who is regional development manager, joined a Directors' Club awards ceremony for Betterware's top performers, enjoying a champagne reception, dinner and a night in a top hotel. Her boss, Eric Vill, said: "Jill is extremely helpful and always eager to get involved."
