A man is in a stable condition in hospital after an unprovoked assault.
The 41-year-old was left with cuts and bruises after being jumped from behind by two or three men near shops in Wootton Road, Abingdon, on Wednesday evening. Anyone with information should call police on 01235 556888 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
